Yaaa it really did have that 1960s '70s feel to the furniture and the tile but I'll tell you what it they did not try to make it look updated they embraced it and they updated it with modern amenities like a fan a microwave TV everything was perfect I think what I needed the absolute most this hotel came through because we were upstairs and I'm partially disabled they had handrails on both sides of the stairs going up which made...

"Very clean, great staff, across from the ocean. We had a water leak in the room, and immediately offered to move us to another room, but it disrupted our stay. They couldn't have foreseen this. We have stayed there before and will again."

"This was a great night stop for us on our roadtrip up the California coast. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk was responsive and helpful. While the cars from the nearby bridge were loud at night, they did not significantly detract from the experience. We even got lucky with our “no view ground floor rooms” and ended up getting a wonderful view of the harbor after all."
