"Pretty terrible and prob wouldn’t recommend at least for the price I paid. I paid a luxury hotel price per night on the room, the room was mediocre, it provided basically very little utility (no bottled water, no flip flop). The bedding was bad. Mattress feels crushed on one side. Air condition was terrible and loud. There’s no daily cleaning service, it honestly feels like a nicer motel than a proper hotel. I booked for three nights and ended up check out after 2nd night and booked elsewhere."

"I stayed here for 3 nights and had no issues during my stay. The room was clean and included a kitchen, which was convenient. I had limited interaction with the staff since I was out exploring most days, but the front desk was always staffed and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The rooms are a bit dated, but the location and price made up for it. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making it a great option for either a short or longer stay."

"I stayed at the premises previously when it was Sondor and so knew that the facilities were great. Expedia dropped the ball on sending access information but the staff at Revival were very helpful; a difference is now there is 24/7 reception. The facilities are well-located, clean and easy to navigate. The reception staff are helpful and pleasant to interact with. "We stayed in Rm 805. The room was a good size, with a nice layout and space. The windows were soundproof which was great to keep the noise out. The kitchenette was very useful but the mattresses were very soft/old and the room just needed a facelift. The tub had old stains, the wall papers were coming off and the bathroom smelled of mold!"

"I’ve stayed many places in Vancouver, but this hotel is ideally located for the walks that I love, and is very comfortable. It has everything that we need, but one small request would be to have a large bottle of body lotion in the bathroom, rather than the tiny one day bottle."

"Walked in later after an emergency , my husband staying in VGH.. told the check-in clerk…she gave me one night and no discount. Ended up back and finally got a discount with the same clerk 3 days later. Got screwed over the weekend"

"The room we had looked nothing like the one in the pictures on Expedia. The check in is very odd. An obscure email tells you to be there after 9am and we show up but you cant check in until 3pm. The rooms are old. The ceiling has falling paint and the tub was very rusted. The AC units are disgusting and moldy. I will stick with Marriott next time. Not worth the price"
