"For a couple who wants to beat the heat of Sacramento for a few days, the Fountain Avenue apartment can’t be beat. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked property but best of all was the fantastic location a block from Lover’s Point. My only suggestion is that a new couch is in order for the living room."

"We enjoyed our stay. The unit was well cleaned. The appliances work great. Comfortable beds and enough soft towels for daily use. Sanctuary staff responded quickly and was good to work with when we messaged questions. The unit is well insulated and we did not hear noise from the next door dentist office. You might wish to bring a lightweight cotton blanket for the warmer months - we used their beach towels and they worked fine."

"The listing said nothing about construction on the property behind the rental. Every morning at 7:50am the nail guns started that sounded like non-stop guns. We have rented other properties that stated that fact immediately and clearly. This listing hid the construction part in the “small print” that we didn’t see. They knew about the construction and hid it. Not cool in my opinion. I would not use this company again."
