Enjoy a short walk to the sand, or charge your EVs with the complimentary NEMA 14-50 plug before setting off to visit sights and attractions. Back at your home base, hop into the full kitchen to curb appetites with a tasty meal. As delicious smells fill the air, cozy up with a book by the woodstove and relax in this serene setting. Bring a glass of wine out to the deck and watch the sunset before gathering for a movie night, having a soak in the hot tub, or retreating to one of the five bedrooms including a double sofa bed in the living area. Another wonderful day awaits tomorrow!

Perched a block from the sand, this home will be just the place for beach-goers to get their fill of sandy toes and crashing waves! When you want to venture out a bit, you can check out the adorable eateries nearby in Seabrook and Highland Heights, such as Surf House Cafe and Seagate Restaurant & Lounge! For a day trip, take a scenic drive down the coast and pop into the various coastal towns that each boast charming streets with local shops and restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must bring their own cable to connect to the EV plug.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The house and location were lovely. Great sauna and hot tub. The garage, where the ping- pong, arcade and sauna were kept had some severe mold issues. The home could have been cleaner. Sheets and shower had hair. Dog hair was prevalent on surfaces and furniture. Cutting board was filthy and someone's melted butter and sticky matter were left in the fridge and freezer. If you plan to cook, bring your own skillet, scrubber and something to wipe down counters with. Great laundry facility. Easy walk to the beach.

The ocean, it calls me!

The house is so comfortable and fun for a family get away. We enjoyed the expansive views from the great room and the deck; and the garage arcades, sauna, and ping pong were a great bonus! We played the board games and loved the hot tub too. The best part though is what’s right out your door…Pacific Beach State Park! Incredible. And don’t miss the rest of the natural beauty the peninsula has to offer. We are in love!

Great House and Location

We had a great Thanksgiving at this big and comfortable house. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked and living area has a beautiful view of the beach/waves. Made our razor clamming adventure easy with the beach just steps away. Great location making our Pacific Beach stay fun and easy.

Wedding trip

The place was above expectation. The amenities were great all the way. The place has way more amenities than listed. The home is right across from the state park, for easy access to the beach The deck is large and nice to sit out on. The hot tub, arcade games, kites and other sand toys were a bonus. Great place to stay.

An enjoyable stay.

You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in being hospitable. Very comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub, Mr. Pac-Man, and ping pong were all highlights.

We came for a reset from life. What a great way to recoup, reconnect and recharge. Well maintained home with lots of little extras that made it perfect. Walking distance to beach was an added bonus

Pacific Views

Property was clean and convenient. Beach access and views were the star here. Convenient to Seabrook where shops and dining are abundant. Pacific beach is quiet. Great place to explore the expanse of the the Olympic Peninsula.

Lots of good things. Puzzles, games, table tennis, beach toys, close beach access. Negatives. Nothing in the refrigerator whatsoever. Overall it was clean but it could have been cleaner. Garbage was overflowing upon our arrival.

Wonderful beach house

My family had a wonderful time. With a quick walk to the beach, beautiful views from the house, we loved it . The house was fully stocked and even had a welcome package and extra toiletries to use since you always forget them. I would recommend binoculars and the hot tub was not hot. Other than that, it gets 5 stars.

Pacific Beach

The the place is gorgeous! The home was immaculate with incredible views and easy access the beach. When I reaches out to the company handling the property to ask about a grill I was told that there was NO grill.There was a beautiful grill at the home which would have changed our menu for our stay. We love to grill. The other thing difficult was the 10:30 check out. We use VRBO and ABNB all the time and a11:00 am check out would be more reasonable.

Lovely beach house

Visited with a group of girlfriends. Kitchen was well stocked. Great view. Beds very comfy. Heater was a little difficult to deal with and door lock fussy.

The Details. (electric Car charger)

Everything was absolutely perfect except for one crucial detail! The electric Car charger is ONLY for a Tesla. A fact you need to know if you drive one of the many other electric Cars on the market. Now you know! Bring your own charger if you don't have a Tesla.

Adults Get away :)

Loved this home!!! So close to the beach. Views are amazing!! The power happened to go out while we were there. There was flashlights and a lantern available for us which was very nice to have. Lots of family games. All you need to bring is food and clothing. There are chairs for the beach. Even a rolling cooler for you to use. They have thought of everything. Toys for younger kiddos to use at the beach. If you are going in the cooler months, I recommend bringing a few pieces of dry firewood as the wood available may be wet. We will be going back in the summer with our kiddos. We loved this house!!

Very nice house, clean, nice beds and plenty of towels

Very nice. Only a few issues, all that we overcame. They only supplied 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, when I texted the comment was just to get you started, and no dishwasher soap. Both surprises me from other places. Cleaning crew was 2 hours late. But we just headed to the beach which was very close. Had great day flying kites
