"Good location and helpful staff."

"Leider hat die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Es war in dem Zimmer eine sehr stickige Luft und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Innenhof war es leider sehr laut, da gegenüber eine Kneipe ist, die bis spät in die Nacht auch im Außenbereich sehr belebt ist. Für uns war es leider kein schöner Aufenthalt."

"Das Zimmer war perfekt. Es könnten lediglich mehr Handtuchhalter vorhanden sein, da es kaum möglich ist, diese aufzuhängen. Sonst müsste das Personal sich einig sein, was die Kosten betrifft. Hier wurden immer unterschiedliche Preise für u.a. Parken genannt. Ansonsten immer wieder zu empfehlen. "

"Die Kommunikation verlief über WhatsApp und ging eigentlich ganz gut. Mit dem Auto ist es jedoch sehr schlecht zu erreichen, weil es kaum Parkplätze gibt."

"We had a great room and access to the lounge. The room was spacious and had a nice separate work area. The lounge was a great addition although it was too cold to sit outside so the indoors got quite full. Our experience at the hotel was excellent. My only complaint is that at a hotel of this caliber, there should be Nespresso machines in the room."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use...

"Best breakfast on our trip. Gluten-free options. Delicious coffee and treats anytime. I would rate the staff higher if I could. We were welcomed and made to feel at home. This hotel is in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Quick walks to everywher. We will definitely stay here again."
