"フロントの対応がとても良い。 コムローイとナイトマーケットの立地の良さで選びました。 50室以上ある感じです。 部屋は広く、壁も厚いようなので隣の音は全く聞こえなく、快適でした。 エレベーター、防犯カメラも有ります。 トラブルは、セキュリティボックスの不具合。 ロックして次の日は番号入力しても開かず。結局3回スタッフを呼びました。 あとは、水のトラブル。朝、蛇口を捻ったら、泥混じりの茶色い水。これはしょうがない。 そして次の日の朝は、水が出ない。これもしょうがない。 換金所はこのホテルの近くが1番良いです。 朝食はナイトマーケットで有名なPHAPLOEN MARKETがお勧めです。地元民しかいませんが、美味しいもの有ります。 とにかく、フロントスタッフの対応がよく、快適な部屋なので、立地も良いので強くお勧めしたいホテルです。 また、利用したいと思います。 "

"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. "チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。 "

"Really nice condo at the Astra, a well located condo building in Chiang Mai. Attractively decorated without too many tchotchkes. Bed was comfortable and linens good. Owner quickly resolved one issue (remote for AC units was broken) and was friendly and very polite."
