"House staff didn't come in to refresh towels and make up beds. Didn't know that they didn't do this daily. Front desk was friendly on check in. Kitchen staff was just going thru the motions. overall condition of floors and carpets look as if they need a good cleaning. carpets in lobby, hallways and the couch in lobby were very dirty. much dirtier than 6 months ago when we stayed."

"We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again."

"They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. "

"Horrible place DO NOT STAY THERE We got there and there were dogs everywhere some of them looked aggressive front desk guy couldn’t find our reservation we contacted Expedia they took care of it we go back to the front desk a young guy that didn’t know anything told us there were no rooms that eventough it showed online they had rooms available in reality they didn’t. Fir us to us to cancel and go somewhere else !! I asked what could they do for us he said nothing never apologize no...

"Super duper lovely woman at front desk. Lovely room, good breakfast, and GREAT price. The art on the walls was peak. I would def stay here again. The coffee tasted horrifically burned, but maybe they were just encouraging us to support the local coffee shops :)"

"Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty. I arrived with no shower curtain, half a roll of toilet paper, the room smelled musty. I woke up at 1am and found the kitchen full of roaches. Hotel offered another room but if roaches are in one room, they are in the hotel. They’re huge roaches. Manager Would not refund money either. Terrible service and disgusting hotel."

"We were supposed to have a hsndicap room And didn’t know till yesterday it was a regular king room. Wife had a terrible time getting into bed "

"Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery. "

"Entire building reeks of cigarette smoke. There's a one-device-per-day limit on the wifi, which I've never seen at a hotel before."
