"We stayed for three nights and appreciated the services throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors of different varieties and price ranges. Great open view from the room (on the 15th floor). Easily to get Grab for transportation. Walking distance to attractions in George Town."

"The staff were warm and welcoming and helpful with ideas. The water turned off due to maintenance work and when we enquired that fixed it immediately. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. This is second time I've stayed and would come back a third time."

"Ligger godt man kan gå til Old town og pæne rene værelser, de svarede hurtigt på Whats app og hjalp med at checke ind selvom vi havde glemt at skrive 48 timer inden. Eneste minus var al den larm udenfor om aftenen, lød som om der var et “diskotek” lige ved siden af. "

"Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. "
