"This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!"

Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. "We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. "

"Si buscas algo para pasar la noche esta bastante bien es limpio y tiene lo basico Lo unico es que si llegas antes de la hora del chek-in te dicen claramente que debes llegar a la hora que corresponde hacerlo Me atendió una chica y yo no sabia igles pero pude entenderle perfectamente que no me haría el check-in hasta que se hiciera la hora y eso es entenderle pero hablo muy despotamente pero en la tarde cuando llegue me atendió un muchacho americano y fue mas amable."
