"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt safe during my stay. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could occasionally be slow, but overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to other travelers."

"I go to Ghana few times in the year and we always stay at Sanga Estate.
The location is great closed to everything, the Apartments are great, very clean and has wifi. Kids friendly and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend this place. 10/10. Another bonus point you can order breakfast as well. 😍😍😍😍"
