"The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and we would rent again. Our only Mishap is the Jacuzzi was broken and dirty during our stay and we would've really enjoyed to use that, but otherwise our stay was great. The owner reached out to let us know they would look into it and we never heard back. We would still stay at this property again"

"The house and setting were very lovely for our family get together. However, the description of the sleeping areas were super misleading, leaving us in a very awkward position when our three families arrived. Additionally, the one bathroom in the main house does not lock and does not have any partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which was also challenging to navigate with 10 people. "Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep.
Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!"

"Charming little house with plenty of room for its purpose. 4 nights here cost just a few dollars more than a 4-night stay at the nearby chain hotel. That's a few dollars more for an incredibly greater experience. No brainer if you ask me. We will use it again, no doubt about it."
