"Staying in Wichita with family for a Women's Softball Tournament. Great place to crash for the night and make breakfast in the morning before spending the day at Wilking Stadium. Easy access to Wichita, Wichita State University, and the airport. Excellent communication with the host. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Will definately stay here again next summer!"

"Ah-mazing! I loved that my family had enough space that we weren't on top of each other! Loved the large kitchen area for preparing meals. Appreciated that there were lots of outlets for all of the electronics! And plenty of bathrooms so that no one was ever waiting. 100% would recommend! "Touring band stopping in Wichita on the last weekend of a 2 week tour. This Derby residence was a perfect, peaceful stay after a great show and had us feeling refreshed and ready for tonight in Tulsa!"

"We were in town for a weekend of Cowley baseball games. The Charming Chestnust was centrally located, very clean, roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. Rachelle was very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. The communication and check in/out process was easy. We will definitely book here again for future trips. "

"Really clean. Super quiet. Beds comfortable but low to the ground. No lamps in the bedrooms but phone light helped. Overall very satisfied. Would stay again. Jon super easy to work with. "

"This dump is neither a suite nor inn. Approaching the motel you see a very large abandoned, boarded up, run down, vacant, restaurant. The motel and office are around the back. It was very difficult to tell if the place had gone out of business especially when we found the entance to the office to be LOCKED!!! After banging on the door a woman, who was the ONLY employee, came, unlocked the door and let us in to checked us in. She performed ALL duties from maid to front desk activities!!! The room...

"This was a nice spot to be out there and take in nature. Not luxurious but nice accommodations. Property manager was great to communicate. Range was awesome. Not too far to get to what you need - many options about 20 away from the house. "

"My sister and I stayed here along with our parents to attend a family funeral in Wellington. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the property but it was nice to have somewhere quiet and comfortable to come back to each evening. The house was SO clean, even more so than it appeared in the pictures! There were plenty of rooms for us all to spread out, and the reclining couches were a big hit with our dad. :) The kitchen and living area would be great for a bigger group, too. As others have...
