"Friendly staff and clean room. "

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. "

"Rooms were awesome and clean. Very good security. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby and coffee area was awesome. Coffee shop worker was amazing. Great location to train station. Shower was the bomb!!!"

"The Zephyr cafe food and coffee was a terrible finis. I got a couple croissants reheated in the microwave. Soggy. The coffee was burnt/unpalatable. The rest on the hotel was nice. "

"This historical hotel is really nice. It’s very convenient to take the train. That’s right across the street to and from the airport the location makes it easy to get to the major attractions. Everything is within a walkable distance.. staff is very nice and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was awesome. Toilet wasn’t working. I had to call 5 times during my short stay there and the issue was said to have been fixed but in reality it wasn’t . There was no fridge , tea kettle or...

"Very quaint and quite comfortable"

"Everything was wonderful, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The only thing that could’ve made the experience better was if room service was available and if there were robes in the room. Very nitpicky, I know, but those were the only downsides to a wonderful stay. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"We have stayed here before and loved, this time around as absolutely phenomenal! The staff was amazing, we got upgraded to a suite which made our trip! My husband got a card from the staff wishing him a wonderful birthday and some goodies in the room. Our kitty got a little toy, we were offered amenities for our kitty if we needed. Just an amazing stay."
