"To start their hot tub is permanently closed which makes you wonder about the pool. The room was in bad need of repair. There was a light fixture in the bathroom hanging down with a very large gap between it and the ceiling and you could see exposed wires. The toilet seat was not attached and when I went to sit down I almost was thrown to the floor. The mat in the shower was not secure and there were large gaps on the edges of the walls baseboard where you could see behind the wall. Random...

"Savannah house is always on point for a stay in Branson. Far enough away from the strip to avoid the crowds. But close enough to be around all the action. Property is always well maintained and that waterfall? AWESOME!! Between the breakfast and the dessert reception at night, get ready to get full. "This is a very spread out property so be ready to walk up hills and far to get to the front desk from your room. No breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed. The indoor pool smelled like chlorine and dirty diapers with a million people in there. Parking sucks. Booked the room on Expedia only to get there in front desk did not have the same information on what room I booked. We definitely will never be staying there ever again."

"Very clean well kept property with complimentary hot breakfast such as sausage, eggs, potatoes, bisquits, gravy, waffles plus muffins and continental choices. At 9:00 -11:00 they offered evening desserts with 2 different cobblers, a selection of cookies and ice cream. Staff is so nice and welcoming! The hotel is in an excellent, safe location.
