This stunning new townhouse is ready to be your home away from home for your next Canadian vacation near the shore of Georgian Bay. Spread out on the large sectional in the pristine and contemporary living area while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Whip up anything from hearty breakfasts to full-course dinners in the deluxe kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then dine together at the table with seating for up to eight lucky guests. Guests of Snowbridge 31 will also enjoy access to the seasonal, shared pool -- perfect for cooling off after exciting days out.

This cozy retreat is tucked away among the fairways of the nearby Monterra Golf Course, which ensures visiting golfers will have a blast here! The surrounding area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and year-round sports lovers! If you're a skier or snowboarder, you'll be just one mile from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort. Warm months here are ideal for rock climbing, hiking, and biking on scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities, including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was spacious and clean - lots of room for us to relax and chill after a day of skiing. Really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the ski hill.

We enjoyed our time at this townhouse. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really appreciated the free shuttle bus that picked us up directly at the front door and took us to the Village (and back home). This was very convenient! Overall, the place was cozy and well kept. My only downsides were the cleanliness upon arrival - while it was clear that the unit was cleaned, we found many hairs in the bathroom (floor, tub and shower). Additionally, the shower heads left something to be desired and it would’ve been great to have at least one shower head that’s detachable, as to be more family and child friendly for washing! Otherwise, we would still recommend!

The property was okay but not terribly clean.

The property was clean and modern. It comfortably fit our party of eight. They provided all the necessary kitchen utensils, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The shared pool was also good. What would have been nice to have were some patio chairs to sit outside when bbqing or at night time. The backyard was not private and didn’t have a patio area.
