"We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. "

"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"Our stay was exactly what my sisters and I needed. The cottage was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The view from the sleeping porch was so pretty and peaceful. "

"This is a great cabin to rent. Very clean on the inside. Next to a pond, where you can hear frogs and birds. It’s located within 10-15 mins of civilization, if you need supplies or want to see sights. I’d highly recommend. "

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"The cabin was exactly what we were hoping to find, very secluded yet close to everything we were planning to do. Very comfortable and with all the extra little touches that made it feel homey. We loved sitting and watching all of the wildlife around the bird feeder each morning while having breakfast. Phyllis was very accommodating and really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect!"

"Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for...

"Spectacular views of the bluff and Keuka Lake. The property and cottage is very old school camp like. However, it was clean, and equipped with everything we needed and wanted. The owner is attentive but not overbearing. An excellent host. "

"Nice,quiet cabin in wooded area not far from lake with access close by to Smith Park. Host is close by if needed but we didn't have reason to do any extra communication because check in and out is quite clear.Cabin is well stocked and well maintained.Enjoy the large front porch."

"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."
