  • 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 750 Sq. foot private home in the midst of the Finger Lakes Wine Region. Interior completely updated and fully furnished with one queen bed and one full bed. A/C in both bedrooms. Love seat couch and oversized barrel chair. Fully functional kitchen with all tools needed for cooking. Please no pets and no smoking. Our address is 1874 W Blaine Road, Ovid NY 14521.

A very wonderful place, surrounded by the vineyards of the area. We were very happy with our stay, and would happily stay here again!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for -- clean, comfortable, surprise amenities such as extra TP, dish detergent, etc. the kinds of things one might forget to bring. Beds were comfortable and super clean. We are thankful for a lovely stay! Sue, Kat, Jerry & Penny.

The property was great. Very clean and the owners were so accommodating. Check in was simple. The house is in an ideal spot for visiting wineries or breweries. Only a few minutes from Sampson State Park. We’ve stayed here before and will be back again. Overall it was an excellent experience

The home was as advertised. It was our first time in the area. It is in a rural area which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the porch and stunning sunset. We were visiting friends in the area so we didn't spend alot of time at the home, It seemed to be centrally located to many wineries.

We had another wonderful stay in the wine country! The cottage is just charming .Very clean, quiet, and well equipped. I absolutely love the location. It is tucked away down a farm road so it is extremely quiet but you don’t feel isolated. This was our 3 rd stay here and would highly recommend. It’s very convenient for visiting the wineries , hiking and close to several delicious restaurants. It has become our “ go to” destination when visiting the Finger Lakes. Great for couples , mother / daughter get aways, hikers or wine trail enthusiasts!! We’ll be back

A perfect fit for us We we’re traveling the lakes and mountains of NY and PA this was a great stopover and Ithaca was a pleasant drive nearby
