"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The bedding was stained, the walls were filthy, the curtains smelled terrible, a lot of the outlets did not work, and the beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise with ever little move. People were living there. I couldn’t find another hotel that wasn’t booked close by to go to. The staff were nice but the condition of the facility was extremely poor. "

"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"This hotel was ok. We were expecting a little nicer since we went with the more expensive hotel, so we were a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. The shower looked very old and rusty in areas, the hallways had a strange odor, and the breakfast left much to be desired. On a positive note, the rooms were very spacious and seemed to be clean. "This hotel was fine, but way way way way way overpriced. I paid 300 a night. I was buying online from California so it was hard to tell what the accommodation would be from there. I would never pay more than $150 for this place. Definitely jacked up the prices. Friend of mine came with me and they were able to book a room on site for $150.."

"Stayed here this past weekend while in Ohio for a basketball tournament. Our stay was great! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful! Beds were soft and the sleep was great! Rooms were clean! Laundry room was very clean! Top two dryers didn’t properly work but I was refunded my money. Breakfast was very good! Pool area was clean and relaxing!
