  • Encantadora casa unifamiliar convenientemente ubicada a solo dos cuadras del centro de Overland Park. Esta casa bien decorada ofrece alojamiento espacioso y cómodo para grupos pequeños o grandes, invitados a bodas, reuniones familiares o parejas que pasan un fin de semana lejos de casa. Muebles nuevos, ropa de cama y toallas recién lavadas, tiene todo lo que necesita para su estadía. Cerca de la autopista 69 y la I-35, a 20 minutos del centro de KC, P&L, etc. El nivel principal cuenta con una cocina con cómodos asientos, área de comedor formal, sala de estar abierta con acceso a la terraza al aire libre y dos sofás-cama, 3 dormitorios y 1 baño completo y 1 medio. El nivel inferior ofrece un enorme dormitorio con cama king size y un futón y otra sala de estar con sofá cama.
    La casa ubicada justo en la esquina de Metcalf y 71 con fácil acceso a ambos: Metcalf al sur y al norte.

Plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything like it said and convenient because a church was across the street and attended mass that morning and the host was quick to answer any questions

Convenient location

This house had a great location and was very roomy for our family. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay here.

It was a cute little house, we didn't get to enjoy it much though, just because we couldn't get an early check in and our event we were in town for started before check in, so we checked in super late. They did allow us to check late, although, we ended up not needing too. Check out is at 10- which is a little early in my opinion. It should be at least at 11. Overall though, it was a very decent place to stay. Definitely needs more sitting furniture! We had 15 people and no where to sit expect on the floor.

Loved It

This is the second time most of us have stayed at this property. Great location and proximity to every thing we had wanted to do this weekend on the bachelor party. A great time was had by all.

Great Space for a Family Stay

We loved everything about the property. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. But also, plenty of room to gather with our whole group. We had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Boris and his property.

We did meet here for celebrating our indian festival "Dussehra" and the house is really clean. We did enjoy a lot. We were a group of 10 people and farmhouse is quiet big.. Thankyou Boris.

Family Visit

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, big living room, good size dining table for a sit down meal together. Basement a little cold at night. Could have had more towels/bedding items available. Kitchen well stocked with the basics, pots and pans. Overall a great place to stay with a group or Family.

It was ok

Depends on what you are looking for, and how picky you are. The location is perfect. Close to a lot of things. Stadiums for baseball and football are an easy 20 min drive. Yard is a good size. Beds are comfortable. House is not perfect with some needs for updates and yard cleaning. Over all we all fit nicely and there was plenty of room to stretch out.

Not Bad just needs some TLC

The property has great potential! It just wasn't what we expected. It needs improvement from the bathrooms, to the tissue holders in the restroom being broke. The dining room table had white spots all over it. The furniture needs to be updated. Not terrible but needs UPGRADED!!!!

It’s on a busy street with a median blocking the driveway coming one way. It was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. The water pressure was trickling. The oven didn’t work and we wasted all our groceries since we couldn’t cook them. We were offered $50 to not put this review up. Good luck if you stay.

Aunt/cousin get together

Location was great for the activities we had planned. 4 elderly aunts in our group so bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect. The house desperately needs some TLC. Doorknob falling off, toilet roll holder falling off. Walls need painting. With a listing for a large group there should be 3 x as many spoons and forks as there were. Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent were very limited yet we were asked to start the dishwasher and washer (towels) before leaving. Beer and soda cans were on the ground by the balcony steps, grill was not usable and the front window needed cleaning. Two cookie sheets were covered with rust. If I had a large, older group I would consider staying here again, otherwise probably not.

It wasn’t great to begin with, and then the furnace stopped working…The home is not a good repair. The front steps are cracked and broken, and the inside shows a similar level of neglect. Dining room chairs have missing parts of the back, the table is stained with water marks, lamp covers are beat up, vinyl floors are separating, outlets are missing cover plates, and vents in bathrooms are not properly attached.In the kitchen, there was a variety of pots and pans, but all seemed pretty worn out. There were plenty of knives, but only 4 forks.Additionally, I am pretty sure that the basement bedroom does not meet fire code, as it does not have an egress window.When the furnace went out on the evening of our second night, I called the host, and he offered to move us to one of several other properties. While some of the homes didn’t have the location or number of bedrooms needed for our group, based on the way the current property was kept, our group wasn’t eager to go to another property and found a hotel instead. Host was willing to refund the non-tax/service fee part of the last two nights, but not any of the cleaning fee.
Overnight temps were forecasted in the low 30's. It was 56 by the time we left around 9pm.

Weekend Visit With Friends for Chiefs Game

Overall, the stay we had wasn’t bad as it was a good neighborhood. I was surprised based on the reviews left before us, where it had 4 1/2 stars. I can say the pictures were deceptive as the yard is small. The grill was broken and pretty much unusable. We had holes in the walls and a beer bottle under the couch downstairs. Their was a massive amount of hair stuck in one of the showers.. the lights went out on us in a bathroom the last day as well. The sheets had stains on them in two of the rooms. I was upset that Boris didn’t have any contact with us after we had messaged him with a picture of how much hair I took out of the drain. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Quick weekend retreat with friends

This property worked out great for my friends and I to meet up for a quick retreat and a chance to catch up and reconnect with one another. The property was well-maintained and everything was as described.
