"Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood."

"This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. "

"This apartment set the stage for a perfect birthday weekend in Lawrence. Nestled right smack in the middle of Mass street, there is no shortage of things to do, eat or drink. Easy access to the unit by either stairs or convenient elevator. The unit itself was clean, bright and cheery with comfortable couch, swivel chairs in the living room and spacious beds that were equally as comfortable..
