"Very clean and organized and offers alot of kitchen appliances. Its on walking distance from the beach."

"We stayed in September and loved it, stayed in June and some things were a little less than great. Hair on the bed and remote, broken tile in the shower, slow shower drain that was fixed by maintenance and then got slow again the next day. We still like the hotel, I just felt a little icky this time around. Also they pre-charge $50 in case you decide to use the market. Very strange. Still waiting for that refund."

"Staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly! I can't say the same about the staff in the pool area not friendly at all when we asked questions about the menu they were not too approachable or friendly. Other than that beautiful room, comfy beds, and nice showers. "

"We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure"

"Nice hotel located close to bridge. Staff was very friendly & the room was great! Only thing I could comment on regarding upgrade is for property to get an elevator. My mom had an injured ankle & it was difficult for her to get up and down the stairs. "

"Wow! Highly recommended. When we had the slightest, small concerns; they were taken care of immediately. Beautiful place, amazing pool and great amenities. We literally just relaxed at this home our entire visit without any other planned activities. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!"

"My wife & I had an incredible vacation at Chadwick! We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina & the beach was right across the street and in addition, there were 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance - it can't get any better than that!"

"Felt right at home! We cannot wait to go back. Pool was great, cart with chairs and umbrella made beach day so easy. We didn’t kayak or bike, but it’s on the list for next time. "

"Lovely, quiet surroundings- the room was very well kitted out with everything you may need including coffee and filters for the coffee machine and chairs and umbrella for the beach. Good value for money - would recommend "

"Location was in good proximity of the beaches. It was clean. The only complaint we had is the shower was slow draining. It filled up. The shower head either needs to be replaced or dipped in some CLR. They should consider relocating the fridge and microwave and extend the sink for more counter space. "

"Newly renovated after last year’s storms. The apartment was roomy with a nice kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room area. Best was the pool and the availability of toys, chairs and towels. Close to Turtle Beach and the SCAT bus was free and convenient. Had dinner at Ophelia’s near Turtle Beach, the absolute best service and meals. Perfect place to stay while visiting Siesta Key."
