All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area!

    As with all vacation rentals, we encourage guests to purchase trip insurance to cover the cost of their stay, should any last minute issues arise.

    While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The primary has a king bed and television with attached bath, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

The location was great and the check-in process was so super smooth. The host gave excellent communication throughout. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need a little pricey, but we came in peak season. It was a great little place to stay while visiting our in-laws up the street.

The Lumberyard is a home away from home in Ouray. Nestled in by the river on a quiet part of town, Box Cañon Falls and the Perimeter Trail are within walking distance, as is the quaint Main Street. The host is an excellent communicator and made everything from check in to check out easy and clear.

Outstanding location (2 blocks from Main, but uphill if that bothers you), great to sit on patio & listen to the River while enjoying the weather. Definitely more than big enough for 2 couples. We stayed in Ice Axe which is closest to River. You’ll love it!

Hands down my best vacation rental stay! The property was clean, inviting, comfortable and cozy. The hosts really have thought of everything from a practical standpoint. The location was perfect and we could truly walk to town even with our little ones. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Crawler condo. It was comfortable and pretty roomy for our family of three (plus dog) . The location was great- just on the edge of town. So it was quiet enough to leave the windows open at night but also close enough to walk to dinner. Our dog and son enjoyed the large grassy shared front lawn. We appreciated having the ability to do laundry (detergent provided too) The beds and couch were comfortable.

Great option. We were in a bottom unit. Sat outside and watched hummingbirds. Deer munched on a neighbor's tree. Main street was a few blocks (uphill) and you come out near the end by some good coffee and food options. We walked to Box Canyon easily from the property. Beds were comfortable. We did find the rooms warm overnight, though angling the fan and having the windows open with the shade down helped a lot. The vrbo site wasn't sending automated communications but the host was quick and helpful as was the local contact.

Only two worn out pans in kitchen to cook with, worn out sofa bed, pillows, comforter and shams were obviously old, yellowed and likely not washed in a very long time.
