I've seen comments about the tunnel, but it's not really that long and saves you going outside in the freezing temps to get to breakfast or the bar. Staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful. Bus stop for Santa village/ park / airport just outside hotel (only real stop in the city for it) so perfectly...
