"We had a one night stay here on our Australia trip. We stayed in the Captain's Cottage which was a lovely, spacious room. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. There is complimentary tea and coffee for guests in the main building, as well as in the rooms. We went in to get a drink at about 8 pm but the coffee machine had run out of most choices and the water to make the tea was lukewarm. Not a huge problem but maybe something to think about...

"Simplistic executive spa room with all the amenities required for our stay. Parking was great bedding and towels were clean and I liked the embroidered detail on the towels. Shower was good The cleanliness of the spa was not good and jets were brown so didn’t use it as didn’t look clean. The noise from a pump or the like kept me awake most of the night. Instructions on how to use the reverse cycle heating cooling would have been good. There had obviously been a problem with mini flies and...

"We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."

"Everything was as advertised. The animals were fantastic and the cat was super friendly. We stayed in the Tree House. Not a lot of room in there and all amenities are out side of it i.e. kitchen, toilets & shower, but it was advertised like this so it was expected. Great experience and excellent view."
