"We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others."

"We brough 5 kids and 2 dogs to the Hickory House and had a fabulous time! The home is perfect, exactly what you need for a stay. We were sampling as many BBQ places as we could. Great walking distance to downtown Lockhart. Short drive to places that are too far to walk in the summer. Owners were fabulous. Very easy check in and check out. No onerous requirements for checking out. We will look forward to doing it again. "

"We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. "Plenty of room for us all. We had a great time watching the animals and playing in the pool. "

We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. "My family and I were so impressed with the location and the property the home sits on. So peaceful and a great place to take pictures if you’re a lover of nature photography. The home was so spacious and you just felt at home and relaxed. The cows were also a pleasant sight to see and made very little noise. If you are looking for peace, calm and country tranquility; this is the perfect place! We will definitely be back! Also, the pictures they have for this place just doesn’t do justice, this...

"Check in was very simple and easy! Instructions provided were very clear. "

"Very nice and accommodating BnB inside and out. Close to the river that we went for. Easy check in. Host messaged be back quickly about questions that i had. We brought an extra comforter because someone said the bed was uncomfortable and we slept just fine. Will definitely rent again next time we go to the river!"
