"Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back ."

"Lovely house in a great location. Really well equipped and perfectly clean. Excellent check in process and great communication all the way through our visit. Even had some welcome items and some kids toys which were very well received. "

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. "This property is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location in Lyme with off street parking which is like hens teeth in the area. The property is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend for a break of any length"

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"The property is as described. Complimentary essentials were provided to get you started, (soap, shampoo, laundry soap, etc.). Bath towels and kitchen essentials are also provided for the entire need of your stay. There was no iron or dust pan for the broom but we made it work.
