"Great location close to Sandy Park in Exeter. Easy train ride into Exeter. The cottage was clean and we had plenty of linens. Cozy space with everything we needed."

"This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. "

"A beautiful house in a stunning location which easily accommodated our large family group. The pool ,hot tub, and leisure activities were perfect for our mixed ages. Great to be able to all dine together both inside and on the terrace."

"The bottom lock on the front door is too stiff. One side of the double bed is broken. There is no mention of the parking permit and car park on the agents website. "

"Amazing apartment beautifully kept and so very clean Ideal for some one that has an elderly person as there is a double room and en-suite downstairs with a twin and bathroom upstairs was perfect for our stay and would recommend highly "

"Fabulous accommodation with lovely garden to sit & have breakfast or drinks.Madeline & Godfrey were great hosts & gave us numerous places to go to for days out. Pub on the doorstep food was reasonable & very filling. Handy to get around to all areas. We will be back next year. Big thanks to you both "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week"
