Summer house with a hot tub near the sea

This beautiful holiday home is located on Tørresø Beach approx. 100 meters from the water and the lovely sandy beach. From the bedrooms on the first floor you have a wonderful view of the sea!

The holiday home, which has recently been renovated, is equipped with all comforts including WiFi. The interior is bright, modern and friendly. There are three bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and heat pump. This can also function as air conditioning in the summer. The bathroom has underfloor heating.

On the ground floor, you will find living room and kitchen family room in one, containing modern appliances such as dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven with grill and Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room there is a flat screen connected to Chromecast and a wood-burning stove. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a nice large utility room with extra fridge and washing machine.
From the living room you have a fantastic view of the enclosed garden, which is child-friendly and equipped with a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, trampoline, charcoal grill and fire pit. In addition, a nice large terrace which is partially covered.

On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively. One room is located on the large landing, where you can enjoy the sunrise from your bed.

Around the house at the back is the very spacious garden with a shed, where you can find various garden games. In front of the house there is ample space for parking 2-4 cars.

Tørresø beach offers a beautiful wide sandy beach with child-friendly bathing facilities. The house offers SUP boards that can be used on the water. In addition, there are frisbees in the house which can be used in the nearby DiscGolfPark.

Approx. 2km away is the small local supermarket, including bakery, for daily shopping. Otherwise, Otterup is approx. 8 km away with several larger shopping opportunities and other small shops. For an even bigger city, Odense is approx. 20 km away. Note: Not for commercial rental.
