"ウィーンを訪れる家族や友人に必ずオススメしたい評価の高いホテルである。ホテルが小規模なので、スタッフから親密なサービスが受けられる。大きいホテルだと部外者が入ってくることもあるが、そういうこともなく安全性が高い。立地が良く、夜間に行われるオペラ座や楽友協会、カールス教会などのコンサートに、徒歩数分で行くことができる。観光の主要駅であるカールスプラッツ駅のすぐそばである。遠方に行く際に利用する、主要駅であるウィーン中央駅にも近い。リンク内のホテルだと、お店や人が多く、細い路地も入り組みわかりにくく、観光にも不便だが、こちらはリンク外周部のすぐそばだから、観光に便利でかつ、閑静で安全性も高い。ホテルの部屋は広く、２つのスーツケースを広げておいても、じゃまにならないほど。部屋の乾燥もなく、自宅にいるように快適だった。浴室も広い。アットホームな温かいホテルで、家族や友人におすすめしたい。"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz. The staff were incredible — so friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They really went out of their way to make sure our time in Vienna was special, and we felt so well taken care of. "In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."

"We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services. I would definately stay there again. "

"It was a very good experience with Lyf. The check in was nice and smooth, they do housekeeping just once in your stay(halfway through) which I didn’t mind since it was just me. The room was clean and tidy, I did notice some of the utensils that they provide were dirty… so just stayed away from those. But aside from that, it was very nice. Right outside the doors are two different streetcar routes, making it super easy to get around, to and from central Vienna. It’s very quiet during the night,...

"We had a lovely stay at Mooons in Vienna. The city view from our room was absolutely stunning! The rooftop bar was nice and close to all transit. You can catch the Big Bus Tour across the street at main train station. Breakfast bread pudding excellent!"
