"Wow! 100/10. A fantastic stay… Samantha and David are great hosts of this cottage. True farm setting with goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, rabbits, kittens and a dog. Very comfortable interior, spotless and well decorated. Great pastries upon arrival and surprise fresh baked cinnamon rolls our first morning. We felt welcomed and at home. The Green Cottage Farm is highly recommended and we will definitely return."

"Ben, the host, was very accommodating. The cabin was cute and in a nice location back in the woods. The firepit was a great place to end the evening. Nice view of the night sky out back. Overall, the cabin was a great place to unwind and disconnect for a bit. "

"This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. "

"I needed to come to Lawrence because my daughter, a KU student was very sick. Jaclyn was very responsive and accommodating of my needs. The house and location was exactly what I needed to get my girl better. Thank you, we will book again. "

"This apartment set the stage for a perfect birthday weekend in Lawrence. Nestled right smack in the middle of Mass street, there is no shortage of things to do, eat or drink. Easy access to the unit by either stairs or convenient elevator. The unit itself was clean, bright and cheery with comfortable couch, swivel chairs in the living room and spacious beds that were equally as comfortable.. "Had a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to the property. Jay was good at answering questions we had. We enjoyed the hot tub. However, it was a little difficult to get the top open but that's on my end. Great selection of spices and amenities. Bring salt and pepper if used regularly. Also bring Toilet paper just in case :) The shower was nice. The beds were comfortable. If your short like myself using a stool may be necessary. "Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. "Everything was great! We loved the place and the proximity of closeness to the lake. Very clean. My only thing is is that itDoes seem to take some time to get back with ya on questions we had. But really no big deal. We didn’t have anything urgent come up. Would definitely love to come back. "

"We stayed here for the KU football game and couldn't have asked for a better spot! The home was spacious and fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location was perfect-just minutes from campus and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated.
