When we tried putting something into the safe in our room, an alarm started going off. Then after a minute of that, someone that worked there just came in to the room without knocking. My sister and I were disappointed that they did not knock first and ask if we needed help, before just coming in. When we arrived there were only 2 towels in the room even though we booked in advance with 3 people on the booking. It took a long while to get the 3rd towel. I had to go to the front desk. The restaurant breakfast was great. Very happy with the morning service at the restaurant. The menu in the evening should have more options for kids and canadian food items. I had a picky eater with me and since he did not eat italian or indian, we had to do uber delivery. A picture of the chicken burger or salad would be helpful. The pool was out of service and I was looking forward to swimming. I have a sprained ankle so I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. I would stay again, but feel like I would need to call in advance to see if the pool and restaurant lunch/dinners are functioning better. Lots of unfinished work in the hallways of the hotel. Not a big deal though. The price was reasonable so I trust that it took this into consideration. Consider hosting Trivia Nights in the Restaurant, as the floor plan is perfect for it in the bar area. Lots of potential to shine.
