"You get what you pay for, positives include airconditioning and it’s very close to a lot of bus stops, however it’s lacking in utensils and has a bit of damage to the apartment.
The windows are broken and don’t close fully, the shower head holder is also damaged and won’t hold the shower head.
Additionally whenever you have a shower the whole bathroom floods.
The kitchen does have chopping boards, salt or cooking oil/spray or a drying towel.
The room is a lot more spacious that I expected and...

"Das Hotel war sehr gut, sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war perfekt und alles war leicht erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar als wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns herzlich empfangen. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. 🌸

"This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! Olive and lime trees lined the property and it was a great place four our family, 2 adults and 2 teen girls."

"We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel.
We stayed at the room on the top floor, and there is no elevator, so if...
