"If you are a history buff, do not miss this opportunity to stay in this historical inn. Don't expect the impersonal and monotonous atmosphere of chain hotels that look the same wherever you go! The host, Justin, has a wealth of knowledge regarding this inn and is eager to share it with you. The inn dates back to the 1700s but the WiFi is 21st century strong! The nearby restaurant, McGuires, has great food and next door is Aroma Joe's where we found the best coffee during our trip to Cape Cod....

"I thought the bed was comfortable - the bathroom and room were very clean. The soap and lotion dispenser were almost empty but after speaking with the front desk, Antonio was quick to bring new ones. The phone didn't work so the front desk added to the maintenance list as we were checking out. The breakfast was ok. The potatoes were not hot and didn't have a lot of taste. "The hotel staff provided exceptional service. Two gentlemen from the lobby kindly assisted us when our vehicle failed to start, offering a jump-start. Their generosity ensured we were able to attend our scheduled concert that evening. "

"The place is accessible from the highway. It is quiet, clean with good amenities. It has a lot of parking, and I find it very convenient as it is a short drive to my work. I don't have a lot of interaction with staff except for the front desk when I checked in. They are always pleasant and professional. "

"My stay at Hyatt/Braintree was wonderful. The check in experience as great with friendly staff, a welcoming lobby, a clean room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great! Location was great and easily accessible to the interstate and drive into Boston. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel."
