Enjoy a peaceful Cape Cod getaway at this adorable Osterville home. Within easy reach of the beach and town, this two-bedroom retreat boasts a private deck complete with a gas grill and screened patio area furnished for outdoor dining. The bright and inviting living area comes well-furnished for contemporary guest comfort, featuring natural skylights and an open layout welcoming group gatherings. Guests will find a full kitchen equipped with all the major appliances and counter gadgets for home-cooking convenience, plus a washer/dryer for easy cleanup. In the evenings, unwind by the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. After trips to the beach, rinse-off sandy feet and beach gear in the handy outdoor shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
The only cameras in the home are in the basement and this part of the house is not for guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the time spending there. That is mostly fit us well due to the circumstance for which we were there. My wife liked every minute of it and so did I; but I simply wish there were some coffee there, along with the coffee maker. So, I wouldn’t have to go out just for that, the first night we got there.

Perfect, comfortable outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. We couldn’t get in through the front door at all we had to go in through the garage. There were no potholders for cooking. Missing sugar for morning coffee. Napkins and tissues also unavailable. The only major concern that was an inconvenience neither of the bathrooms had heat. Thank you We will definitely be back again

My, my overall stay was very pleasant. There was some issues with a property. The Wi-Fi was down for almost 24 hours. The family room furniture was very uncomfortable. The TV coverage was only streaming.

Difficult

Just don’t rent this place. No directions on the heat thermostat. You had to be an engineer to run it. When trying to get in the code is so long it takes 10 tries to get in. There was no direction on how to do things in the house. The owners from Oregon were useless. Please do not waste your money on this house and these managers/owners. Sincerely Chuck

Nice Home

House was beautiful and location was good close to where you wanna be to visit places. About 20 minutes from most things we decided to do. The only issue I had was the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Stains on furniture, bed had animal hair on it as if the sheets were not changed and the bath tub with the jets hadn’t been used in a while as black stuff came out when used. That should probably me started up after each stay. But again a good experience and the fireplace was beautiful! Enjoyed a lot just wish the cleaning crew took more time for details.

The house was charming with all the amenities needed. There were only 2 of us and our dog but it was a great layout for 3 or 4 people. The house was immaculately clean.

This home exuded warmth and charm. The beautiful artwork that decorated every room, the lovely screened in porch and the forest and ocean in Osterville were a true delight.

The grounds were well maintained. There were wonderful antiques and lots of art work to look at and discuss. The twin beds were a little small for adults. Overall the house was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch off the kitchen. Thanks for providing a lovely house

Mother's Birthday weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The owner is fantastic at decorating. The house would be more accommodating for two small children and one adult rather than the four adults we had. The master room is advertised as a queen bad but it did not seem like it.
