"It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍"

"Really loved our stay! We had a 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and modern amenities. 3 gorgeous walk in showers, enormous bathtub. The complimentary breakfast was very useful with small children. Pool and beach access were great. Complimentary paddle boards and kayaks made it really fun. Location is nice as there is a Breeze shuttle stop at the end of the road but the property itself is in a very quiet location. The sunset was fabulous. We will be back! "

"We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy. The only downfall ( and not one that would keep us from returning ) is the parking. We drive a Tahoe and were unable to fit it in the assigned parking spot due to the pillars and actual property size. However they have a solution as there is an overflow lot they allow you to park in that is walkable! Don’t let this detour you as the condo...

"Jayme is a great host. Even had a cooler combo shipped to us at no charge for beach drinks! This unit is remodeled and in excellent condition. BTW of course, we left the coolers for the next guests. My recommendation if you fly into SRQ, DON’T rent a car. Rent a golf cart. You’ll get a much better experience of Siesta Key Island life this way. Unit is well equipped. Just get your groceries delivered and enjoy your stay!"

"For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key."
