Nice property, but beware

The unit was nice. It was as advertised, and mostly clean. There were a couple things that could’ve been fixed like the blackout curtains and the showerhead, but the property manager did offer to come in and fix those things while we were there. We opted not to have them come because I don’t want strangers in the unit while I’m not there. The check-in process for this property was absolutely ridiculous. You won’t get the instructions until about an hour or two before check-in time which is absolutely ridiculous when you’re coming in from out of the country. The address also doesn’t exist. The entry door has a completely different address. Check in requires going into a convenience store, locating a touchscreen, and putting in a code to attempt to get your key. You won’t get the code though until an hour or two before check-in so if your cell service or Wi-Fi service is limited, good luck to you. Had I known that the process was such a rigmarole I never would’ve picked this property. Once you get the key, you have to try to navigate to the building which requires going through three different doors and winding through an apartment building. We were also told we would be able to leave our bags prior to check in because we arrived a few hours before 4 PM. Then when we attempted to contact the host at 2:30 we got no response and there was nowhere to keep our bags so we literally stood in a convenient store for over an hour alone in a strange city with my teenager. It was scary.

The entry door to the property with a very different address from what was sent! This door shows a completely different street name than what we were given.
