Welcome to our expansive tri-level home, designed for families to create lasting memories and enjoy quality time together! This spacious retreat is not only perfect for family gatherings and romantic escapes for couples but also an excellent choice for those seeking a fishing or golf vacation. With three inviting living areas, each featuring a fireplace, and a generously sized kitchen and dining room, there's ample space for everyone to relax.

Step outside to our vast yard complete with a delightful deck, a convenient gas grill, and a large outdoor fire pit area surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs. We've added extra entertainment with a Foosball table and TVs in every bedroom, ensuring enjoyment for guests of all ages.

For those who appreciate culinary delights, discover the delicious wood-fired pizzas served at TJ's Harbor Restaurant just a few yards away. Additionally, golf enthusiasts can tee off at the nearby Oshkosh Country Club, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay.

nice location for exploring air museum and events and sightseeing in Appleton and Green Bay. very nice kitchen and grill. spacious with multiple tables for playing games. Satellite tv in multiple areas of house. good internet service. owner is very helpful. I've rented twice already and would go back again. A liitle far from a grocery store but otherwise near perfect

Family gathering

Spacious Home and Great Location

Great location for our annual family vacation. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and have TVs and some with streaming options. All bathrooms were large as well. We loved the open concept for the kitchen so we could seat everyone around the island or at the main table. The house's water was discolored and smelled of sulfur which was a little distracting at times. The three seasons room was cozy and the outdoor fire pit was relaxing. We enjoyed boating on Lake Winnebago. It was nice TJ's was close by and we highly recommend Parker John's which wasn't too far of a drive for amazing pizza!

Amazing spot!!

Stayed here with my family— incredible location!! Can’t be beat with TJ harbors and the nearby house. We loved every minute. Communication with the host was easy. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to return!

Boating Adventure

The place is perfect for a getaway with friends. It's very spacious with a large kitchen and island making it easy for a group to sit together. It was great to be able to launch just steps away at TJs harbor and better yet to be back at the place in minutes after boating.

Beautiful house. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed at the property for three nights with family members ranging from 3 to 73. The house was so clean and just, if not better, then described. All guests raved about the property and are already planning our next stay in the house. Linda was so nice. I had lots of questions and requests and Linda answered everything in a timely manner and met all my requests. She even stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking and give us suggestions in the area.

Many Positives

This property provided great flow for family dining inside and out. The outside fire pit was wonderful. Finding firewood to buy was a bit of a challenge with limited grocery access near by. We would stay again.
