"We flew out from Arizona to attend our Son's graduation from Syracuse University. Our stay at the lake house for 5 nights was wonderful. The house was clean and Miles was very inviting. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long. Thank you for allowing to stay at your beautiful lake house we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend your lake house. "

"We wanted to find some snow to play in, and saw storms hitting in the area. We booked last minute and figured we were taking our chances, but ended up with an amazing find! The cabin was warm, cozy, and easy to get to. (And bonus—at least that weekend, we were right on the edge of the snow band, so we were able to go play in snow nearby but didn’t get stuck or have any issues at the cabin.) "This place was perfect for my husband and I. We took a quick trip to do a little fishing, so the location was great. Loved that it was tucked away off the main road. It was very comfortable, very clean, very quiet, and I loved the artwork around the cabin. This would be a great place for a multi family vacation with all the different cabins. Will most definitely come back to this place again! "

"We also run a vacation property, so our standards are probably slightly higher than most. This place had everything we needed and more. It was adorable, well stocked and the owner and his crew were constantly up-keeping it, even going as far as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. I would definitely rent it again if I come back to the area! We loved the location as well. Thank you!"

"This property was amazing . From the minute we pulled in we were in aww. The pond was bigger than we thought . The cabin was very nice , clean and ready for us, Ed even started our fire for us ! All weekend we fished in warm , then cold rainy conditions , Ed and his wife even offered to take us on a guided kayak trip! We saw bald eagles, herons and ducks . Great weekend out away from everything , we will def be back !"

"Had a very quiet 4 night relaxed getaway with my family. Cabin & property were beautifully maintained. Very clean, nicely furnished, & cozy. Well stocked with just about everything. Very much enjoyed the back deck & fire pit. Orange cat befriended my family & was a pleasure to have around. Alison was always just a call or text away & was friendy & attentive. "Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. Off the dock it was very weedy and mucky, but it was fun to watch the fish and snakes. Inside there was ample room to either be together or find quiet places to read or relax. "We loved our long weekend at Autumn Lake. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, the house itself was perfect for cozying up and playing board games as a large group. We made it out on the lake and enjoyed how peaceful it was. Beds were comfy, plenty of space for multiple couples, close to basic groceries just down the road. We didn't try fishing but saw some families enjoying it. Highly recommend! Would stay again."
