"We did a last minute getaway for my son’s birthday to take him fishing on the river. We had no luck with catching anything but we still enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the game room and even sitting out by the dock with there rails hoping to catch a bite. The house was just as pictured and very cozy. It was stocked with everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"I own a camp two doors down and had my mother and father, my sister and brother in law, my two nieces with their husbands stay at this property. Extremely clean and plenty of space. My parents don’t travel much anymore but really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this property. My mother and father said they’d stay there and only there WHEN they visit again. "

"We had 2 dads and a few teen boys for a birthday weekend of tubing on the river. The place was awesome and perfect. Mitch was super accommodating!"

"Claire made our check in/check out much easier than any hotel would offer. While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us."

"This host is the best we have had yet. She makes sure you have everything you could possibly need and also gives great recommendations! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the thoughtfullness she has towards guests!"

"Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! "

"Place was beautiful and accommodating. With being on a river there are flying bugs and spiders to contend with but the covered porch made it a non-issue. Beautiful dock to enjoy sunsets! Very relaxing family weekend! "

"We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them!
