"What a cute house! Perfect for our weekend stay for a high school gradation. Great location and very easy checkin process! Has everything you would need for a stay, detailed notes, very helpful! It was really neat to see how the house is updated but still has a lot of the charm of an old house. We will be staying again if we need another nights stay in Osage City!"

"This was my second stay at the Bennett. I absolutely love this home and consider it as my Kansas home when I come to visit family. I love its warmth and charm, its huge kitchen and dining table, and the comfortable tv room and bedrooms. The patio and backyard are perfect for my morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The home has everything a family needs to make for a memorable stay. And best of all, the hosts are fantastic and are available if I ever need anything. I'll be back again soon,...

"We had a great getaway from the fireworks in our Kansas City neighborhood these last few days. This place was just what we were looking for, a quiet place away from city noise, comfortable for us, our friends, and our pup, a sky full of stars! We'll definitely stay at the Roost again in the future. Thanks for being responsive on the app, Jesse!"

"Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. "
