Beautiful updated home! Located at the 1 MM of the Big Niangua. Out our cove & you are at THE FOUR CORNERS of the lake giving you easy access to all Arms! Located on private Libby Cove around the corner from The Cove, Captain Ron's, Larry's. Close to Margaritaville, and Fish and Company. Drive right up to house on a paved road w/plenty of parking! Adorable home w/wall of windows overlooking lake in a private cove perfect for relaxing! NO NEIGHBORS ACROSS LAKE! Enjoy private dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. Utilize SWIM pad, double KAYAK, New PADDLE BOARD, floats, rafts, fishing poles & Fire Pit -wood provided- for a fun filled stay at the lake. House includes enormous Master & master bath that lead out to deck overlooking water, a 2nd King bedroom, another guest room that leads out to huge deck w/a bunk bed & day bed that pulls out w/extra trundle, and a Bonus bedroom that’s private & has a futon for 2. All Mattresses are brand new! Big updated kitchen that opens up to family room with a L-shaped sofa(seats 10) & loveseat. WiFi included! TV is connected by internet-FREE NETFLIX! Blue Ray player and a array of movies for kids & adults. House does have stairs.

House includes huge 2nd story deck off of Master & guest room. Ample space for eating or reading a book! Patio is covered w/seating for 6, a porch swing, and a Bar. Fire pit to roast marshmallows. Martini deck, includes gas grill and extra seating for the perfect end to the perfect day! Total seating for 12 outside. SEVERAL MARINAS CLOSE BY FOR BOAT/JET SKI RENTALS. 10 min. from HAHA TONKA NATIONAL STATE PARK(Hiking is amazing), 10 min form Osage Beach for outlet shopping, go carts, put put golf, 5 min from Sunrise Beach. Personal boat slip not provided, we have cleats for you to tie up and anchor on side of dock.

Very nice update. Some things to improve onLimited silverware. 6 spoons, forks, mugs. Needs more. Needs Kleenex, baggies, Saran Wrap would have been helpful. Kayak back was broken 1 bottom missing. One person in our group is allergic to cats and the front porch smelled like cat pee.

Parking was deceiving……was no way there was room for 3 vehicles unless they were Prius's. Brought jetskis and it was a challenge getting them around much less if you got a big boat you wanna bring. Definitely needed an exterminator big ants and spiders inside the house and out. It didn’t look like it was cleaned at all when we got there had to release bedding, dishes and furniture had dog hair all over it. Was a nice place other than I feel housekeeping didn’t do their job…

Best Family Vacation!

We had such an amazing stay in this home. Right on the lake in a cozy and quiet cove it was perfect for our family. We jumped in the lake, floated on floaties and used the kayak. We also rented a boat and had it delivered right to the dock. The inside was clean and perfect for hanging out in the AC and the outside deck was great to barbecue for dinner.

Quiet cove, comfortable lake house with everything you need. Not too far from town for groceries or to grab dinner. Always have to hit OZARKLAND!

we had problems with arrival. We arrived at 3 minutes to 3:00 check in. The lock would not let us in until exactly 3:00. Too many rules, micromanaging and cameras. One bedroom was too large and the other two, too small. It was a quiet cove with lots of floaty. I will be looking for a different place next year.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay. Property is as described and is in very nice condition. Plenty of room for all of us both inside and out. Extra amenities were great like water toys, fishing poles, fire pit and gas grill. Property right on the lake in a cove area. We had a boat delivered right to the home and tied it up to the dock, which made things super easy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with great neighbors. Groceries and tackle nearby. Owners were responsive. We had an issue where the hot water heater hit capacity and shut off (too many hot showers!)….the owners had a repair company arrive on site within a half hour on a Saturday! Ended up being one of our best vacations! Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

Had 9 total, with my wife, kids and their SOs, was a great time. Everyone was comfy. The cove this is in is awesome for fishing and hanging out. Perfect balance of nature and convenience. Centralized for access to everything via boat or pontoon. Would book again for sure.
Lots of wildlife around.
The cove is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding.

I want to start by saying the owners are very quick to respond with any questions, and that is a huge positive. We traveled as a group of 9, two families and 5 children combined. The house was very comfortable for all of us. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep, hang out, etc. The outside was also spacious enough for all of us. A couple of things that made my rating 3 stars vs 5. The outside patio could use a cleaning, its not terrible, but you can tell the decking hasnt been cleaned in a while. Landscaping isn't really important, but hasn't been kept up. The dock has a ladder going into the water that is covered in green slippery algae. I understand that happens, but could be cleaned.There is one double kayak to use, but really operates as a single as the second seat is missing the back and the back on the remaining seat is broken and rigged up to use. The fishing poles seemed ok, but we did bring our own and glad we did. The cornhole pictured in the listing was a guests. Do not expect to use it.We were provided a starter pack, but were expected to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. That was a first for us with renting vacation homes. Overall the house met our needs, but for the cost we would have liked to have had a proper doube kayak, yard games, etc. We did rent an additional kayak and paddle board for our trip through River Monkey Kayaks. They were great. A home that accommodates 10 we needed more than one.

Relaxing and comfortable

We enjoyed the home and the lack of stairs to get to the dock. On a busy holiday weekend the cove was calm waters allowing us to swim and float. The drop off and pick up of the boat was very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.
