PERFECT LOCATION WITH A GREAT VIEW. 🐠🌞😎

Find the best location at Parkside Place, 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 4. Walk off our deck and find yourself at the pool, lake, or boat dock. WiFi included. Completely redecorated. Condo is on the lower level with a beautiful view. Our building has an elevator for your convenience. There are 6 steps to go down after getting off the elevator.

SORRY, pets are not allowed.

Condo offers a full clean well equipped kitchen furnished with dish washer, refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, ice maker. Enjoy the comfort of the sectional couch in the living room with a leather recliner, a flat screen tv with a DVD player. Also, washer and dryer provided.

Master bedroom furnished with king size bed, dresser, night stand, tv, private bathroom, closet, and sliding door leading to deck. Second bedroom furnished with twin beds with new mattresses, dresser, night stand, and closet.

Nice patio furniture with an rlectric grill on deck with a great view of the lake and pool. All gas grills had to be remived due to new Fire Protection Law. There is good crappie fishing off the dock and also place to clean fish at end of each dock with running water.

Besides the perfect view, Condo is in the best location for all attractions including shopping, grocery store, golfing, dining, catch a movie, and on and on. Property just off Passover Road, within a couple minutes from the outlet mall! Such a great location by boat and land. Located 1/2mm grand glaze arm. You will not be sorry choosing this condo whether it's a family vacation, girls shopping trip, guys golfing, fishing trip or just to relax.

Perfect peace and sunset views

We have stayed in Osage every summer the past 6 summers for a mother/ daughters getaway. This unit has become our Home Sweet Home and we have returned every year since finding it!The condo is adorablely furnished, clean, and provides gorgeous lake views. We enjoy the convenient access to the pool! Marsha is fabulous to work with and responds quickly to any questions we reach out. I know our family plans to make this spot our treasure at the lake for years to come!

The complex is wonderful with a very well maintained pool and common area. This unit, specifically, is perfectly located to access the pool or dock - both are literally steps off the back porch. The interior is updated, clean, and cozy. The only “issue” is that it’s not directly accessible by elevator. You have to go down a small flight of stairs so, if you’re carrying a lot of luggage or disabled, you may want to search for a different unit. We will definitely return!!

Fantastic condo for our family of 6!

The location to the pool was super convenient for our teens/pre-teens to go back and forth from the pool. The view from the large open windows makes you feel like you are right on the water. The condo had all the amenities that we needed and we are planning to return next year!

Great weekend getaway!

Super clean, exactly as listed! Such a peaceful place and the lake view out the living room window and while sitting on the porch was perfect. The pool was super clean and great chairs for laying out. We will be back!

Beautiful condo!

This place was amazing! So clean and had absolutely everything we could have dreamed of! Pool right outside our door, docks very close, wonderful porch to view the boat traffic and watch the sunset each evening! We will definitely keep this one in our list of places to revisit!

Early week trip

The place is great, right next to the pool, Dock is close to fish, and right on the main channel to watch boats. Condo is clean and has almost everything you need. We will definitely book again next lake trip.

Excellent!

Three of us women ages 18+60 had a grand time at Osage Beach. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked with all the dishes, coffee, cream, and all the other stuff we needed. The view was great, we had Canada geese in the front yard by the lake and during the night I spotted a deer munching on the flowers I think?? I think my flash scared him away. Thanks to the cleaning lady, the gardener and the property manager. We had a great visit!

Girls Trip

My best friend and I took her granddaughters on a girls trip. The condo was exactly as described. It had an incredible view and the pool was right outside our door. I would recommend this condo for a get away to the lake. It was very comfortable and clean.

Lovely clean condo near grand glaze bridge

the condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. great view of the lake and grand glaze bridge through floor to ceiling windows. condo layout was comfortable and furnishings were nice. Easy to move around and make ourselves comfortable.

Second time we've stayed here

We stayed here last fall and it was absolutely perfect, so we didn't look at any others when we decided to book this trip. Location is perfect, love being right on the water, and the most important thing is the cleanliness. Both times, the place was spotless. We will be back!

Excellent as always’

We love this property and the responsiveness of the owner. I found this place a few year ago and we’ve continued to use it and recommend it to anyone who goes to the lake. It’s beautiful, clean and feels like home. We’ll be back for sure.

Relaxing Retreat with Lake Views!

This unit is cozy, in a great location and has everything we need for a weekend getaway. The views of the lake are picturesque, especially at sunrise and sunset. Temperatures were low during our stay and the unit has plenty of soft blankets to get cozy when you’re not out and about. This is my second time staying in Marsha’s unit and my family and friends that I go with have stayed there a handful of additional times. 10/10 would recommend!
