Located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge at mile marker 19 in Osage Beach, this condo is exactly where you want to be for all of your activities at the Lake.

The brand new Topsider is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2023 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pool, covered dock for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, and free WiFi.

With a King in the Main Suite and Queens in each of the other two guestrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the family pool or infinity pool for some sun, one of four covered docks for some fishing, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on the flat screen over the elegant electric fireplace, or even catch up on your TV binge using the streaming services available on one of 4 TVs provided in each bedroom and Living Room..

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our multiple Boat Slips available in 12x40 and 14x36! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.

***In general, slips will be provided on a first request basis between the multiple condos that we offer at Topsider for an additional cost. If a specific size is needed please confirm availability to avoid any issues.***

Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex. This unit is on the same level as the parking lot and does not require guests to navigate stairs in order to get into and out of the condo.

We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!

With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us. It is preferred that guests utilize Vrbo to ask questions or if they need assistance that is not an emergency as we have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. If it is an emergency or pressing issue, we are available by phone/text as needed.

Topsider is a brand new luxury condo complex with a mix of Vacation Condos and residences right in the heart of Osage Beach. From the parking lot you are <10 minutes away from just about all of the attractions by car and endless activities by water!

Onsite parking is free for guests. There are no reserved spots and we would recommend parking on the far end (furthest from the entrance) to be closes to your condo.

Osage Beauty

We have used rental properties for over 10 yrs for our family vacation. This property worked great for our family of 6. We wanted a place with a pool and here we had two great ones. The complex is very new and clean. The balcony was great. We could play cards outside and lounge as well. We rented a boat for a day and were able to dock at the end of one of the slips to pick everyone up. This property did not disappoint. Would definitely come back again.

Luxurious condo, like new. Towels adequate. (like holiday inn) Exterior common areas not finished. Construction materials on walkway and adjacent to unit. Next door condo under construction. Lights on deck do not work. Blinds in master need a tune up. Electric grill is less than adequate. No fitness center. (Advertised) Pools are beautiful. Rental slip was a very long walk and adjacent to the roughest water. Nightly fee is for a near new luxury condo with amenities. Buy the best towels you can afford. Even the toilet tissue was cheap. the entrance to the development looks like a vacant lot construction zone. Equipment and weeds everywhere. communication with Host was outstanding. Sorry to be so negative.

Adult Weekend Getaway

This property was fantastic. The pictures were spot on. We loved everything about our stay - location, furnishings, amenities, view from deck and condo layout. This was perfect for 3 couples - everyone had their own. We spent much time in the infinity pool which wasn't very crowded. Our only regret is that we only booked the condo for 2 nights.

We were only here a very short time. It was clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the herd of children above us that non stop ran across the floor for Hours on end. It was ridiculously annoying. Otherwise, great place.

Very nice new property. 3 bed with 3 bath. We only had 2 couples, but we each had our own bath. Easily could have had 3 couples and all of us could have had our private bath. It is a newer property still under construction. Noise was not a problem for us and the work is being done on the newer buildings and not ours. Elevator not installed yet. Condos in the 300’s are at parking lot level. 100-200’s below grade,400-500’s above grade. Overall very nice place. Would definitely stay here again

This condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! The location made it very easy to get wherever we wanted and while we didn’t end up bringing our boat as we had originally planned, the docks were positioned very well, making it easy to get in and out!!
