    Esta espaciosa casa / condominio es un plano de planta único y espacioso ubicado en The Ledges Complex, tiene todo lo que los turistas desearían para su escapada. Solo empaca tu traje de baño, te proporcionamos prácticamente todo lo demás: papel higiénico, toallas de papel, toallas de baño, gel de ducha, secador de pelo y una cocina completamente equipada. Disfruta de la impresionante vista del canal principal desde la terraza y el gran patio. Este condominio es de 2,000 pies cuadrados y es perfecto para tres familias o grupos grandes. Ambas habitaciones principales tienen una cama king-size, TV. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. El área de dormir de nivel inferior tiene tres camas queen con una mesa pequeña y una sala de estar separada. El condominio está ubicado en el 20. 5 MM y se encuentra en el canal principal. Condo worked perfect for our party of 8. We had an issue finding the condo and Sheila was quick to respond and very helpful. The Ledges complex is located close to many activities. View of main channel is great. We had no issues. Just an fyi: there are stairs to get down into the unit and it is a 1 or 2 minute walk to beach or either pool.

Great lake view and great accommodations. Mother nature didn’t cooperate very well as it was too cold to use the lake the first day and very windy the second day. I grew up on the Little Niangua arm of the lake and will probably stay away from the main channel on our next lake trip. Also, too much boat traffic, even on weekdays. Overall, we had a great trip and the condo perfectly fit our group. I know the hosts can’t control the boat traffic or the weather. Maybe we’ll be more lucky on those items on our next trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Great stay at Osage Beach this past week. Would have liked to see the sun more.Dish washer did not want to release the pod when running. The condo was great! There was so much space, and the views were beautiful. The pools were both very well-maintained, and the property is near so many great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Clean and spacious

Great place to stay for a group, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Living room and lower patio very spacious for hanging out. Very central to many things to do, everything was within 15-20 minutes. Kitchen was decently stocked.
