"Booked a room with kingsize bed but they all have disabled toilets. The room and bathroom was clean but walk in shower smelt from the drain. Not enough T bags and sugar for both of us in room and milk. Only half a toilet roll, we had to ask for more. The breakfast was ok but no fried eggs or mushrooms. The first morning was busy with a coach full of foreign tourist. We were woke up at 5am when they were going up and down corridors with no consideration for other residents and were rude at...

The front line staff were very apologetic so as an apology the hotel kindly upgraded our stay to an even better room. Such a beautiful hotel. As a wheelchair user accessibility is of course of the utmost importance. From checking in to the hotel and leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was easy for me, and I would definitely recommend a stay here at The Clayton, Cambridge. We loved it."
