"This is a lovely gem north of downtown Fenton. There were lots of little details that made our stay incredibly easy and welcoming. We absolutely loved it and definitely will recommend it to others. "

"Very relaxing place to stay. Nine of us from 18 years to 70 years, we all enjoyed walking around and visiting with the animals. The star of the show was certainly Tina, the goat. She visited the front porch often. If we weren’t there to give her immediate attention, she would often just relax in the chair till we got there. We also walked back to the water a couple times. Saw several deer and a bench to watch the water. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for fixing meals. "

"As advertised, this charming waterfront home worked great for our stay. Walking distance to downtown and located on a low key street, with a beautiful patio and backyard. "

"This is a great place to stay.it offers a peaceful atmosphere especially by sunset and sunrise.Lisa is super nice and super helpful.she is very responsive whenever you need her.the place is very clean and organized. it is updated and all utensils are of great quality.Lisa had thought about everything that you need. We really enjoyed our stay and now that we know this place, we would definitely come back."

"The interior of the property was pretty good. One bedroom door would not close due to interference from the bed. Tv remotes were not provided and an app on a cell phone ws needed. Kitchen was well equipped but could stand to have more dishes. The exterior was not well kept. The lawn had not been mowed in a long time and the patio area, while spaicous, needed a lot ot TLC. We used the pizza oven and hot tub and both were fine. The property manager was among the most responsive I've ever dealt...
