"Mansion Hill Inn is fantastic! We were there for a lovely spring weekend in Madison and everything was as smooth as it could be. The place is beautiful, lovingly restored old home. Our room was fabulous, we especially appreciated the large bathroom and wonderful shower. Super friendly staff that were always available and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again"

"I love this Moxy hotel! The staff is always super friendly and it's always well-maintained. I overheard someone complaining about the lack of in-room features to staff, so I was to clarify that the property is "European-style". The rooms do not much for bedside surfaces, no mini fridge, no microwave, and no closet. "The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. The room was clean but the pillows were really lumpy and not at all comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to store our clothes. A dresser or even a couple of shelves deep enough to hold folded clothes would have been a helpful addition. For more than a day or two it’s hard to live out of your suitcases"

"I arrived late… Clean room, great staff, lobby dark, room small, and parking terrible. You will really need to valet and they was expensive with an app that was less than friendly when most places give you a simple ticket. I like technology but they need a better way, fortunately, you can tell the lobby to pay. It was close to the main college strip so if that’s your goal and the above is OK for you, great. I had only one place to hang my towel and I couldn’t use it without it slipping off...

"The room wasn’t very clean. They didn’t wipe any surfaces before we checked in. The nightstands were caked in dust. They only gave us one towel with four people on our reservation so I think they just forgot to replenish. The pullout sofa was very small. Not even the size of a twin bed, so that was unexpected. The location is fantastic and great that they offer parking. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and stylish. We were just very disappointed in the cleanliness and had us second guessing what else...
