"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.
There was no parking provided but the host was able...
"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "

"This appartment was perfect for 2 persons. Located right into Florence action. However it was well soundprooffed, we did not hear any outside noises when windows were closed. Very clean and nice bathroom. Very small kitchen with convenient fridge. Secured area. Cleaning was done every 2 days. Fulvio was a great host ready to help to any requests during working hours. Would go back anytime."

"Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Stayed previous night at the Four Seasons and have to say that - pool and tranquil setting aside - The Savoy surpassed in every other quantifiable way! Location is brilliant too...
