部屋の内装がクラシック調で清潔でした。また、旅行代理店からの予定変更の連絡受取など優しく対応いただきました。 要望としては、歯ブラシなどのアメニティグッズと洗面台のグラスの充実度、ヘアコンディショナーの常備があると良いです。 また、部屋の清掃を頼んだ際、コーヒーカップも洗浄いただけるとなお良かったです

Clean room, and nice pool area. But no coffee in the room, and no hair conditioner in the shower. These might seem like small things to some, but they’re important to me. And I expect both at any hotel that is considered four stars are above.
