"I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going...

"It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a comfortable night without spending too much. The breakfast is very basic, mostly snacks and coffee. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are spacious. In my case, my room also had a kitchenette, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again."

The property appears to be very active with people who appear to be long term guests moving about, often including late into the night, engaging in conversation across balconies spanning several rooms. "We were very impressed with the Margaritaville. The staff was very friendly. Overall for the hotel it was a great price. There are several restaurants and stores in the hotel. It is situated right next to a park which makes it great if you are bringing your furry friends with you. The walk to the beach is just the walk through the park. "I stayed for 2 nights. I booked a king room and when I opened my door to my room I got 2 queens. I didn’t go complain. Room was clean. But on the second night I noticed a dehumidifier on the first floor in the hallway. Plus there were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway on the second floor where I was staying. Had a musty smell when I was walking down the hallway. Hotel does need some TLC. The bonus is it’s right next to Cracker Barrel. Definitely needs an upgrade to this hotel."
