"I stayed here for one week. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Right on the beach and private, and not far from Daytona Airport. There are many restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Very nice saltwater pool. Well maintained crystal clear water the entire week I was there. No issues with anything in my room. "I paid for a room and when I got there the elevator was broken. My significant other had wrenched her knee and there was no way she could negotiate stairs. I told the clerk the problem and received no help. No refund on the room. I am protesting the charge. They would not change my room to the first floor and I was forced to find another room elsewhere."

"We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. "Beach view was great, Deluxe room was not as advertised but we made it work. Bathroom had pedestal sink not vanity, microwave sat on tiny kitchen table leaving hardly any room to eat, no divider to separate bed from common area, no kitchen steak knives but they brought us one. They just reopened in Dec2025 so still working out some stuff that needs done. Staff was all very friendly & it was clean. Good enough for price."

"The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the TV didn't work. The front desk said it was due to the weather. It had rained earlier, but was currently sunny. Not impressed with this location. I Expected better for the Hilton at Daytona Beach."

"I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive."
