Wonderful house

Enjoyed our stay! The house had all the amenities you'd expect, and some unexpected ones as well. There's a nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner within walking distance (about 1/4 mile). The host helpfully recommended parking in the garage to minimize salt buildup from the beach (which is VERY close to the house). Highly recommended!

What a great place!

I want to start with this being one of the most stocked and clean places I have ever stated at. This amazing 2BR 2BA is spacious and equally amazing amenities. Have no fear renting this place and I will try to book again!

Perfect for our family

This property was exactly as promised! Spotlessly clean on arrival, comfortable beds and furnishings, plenty of towels and linen, and a garage full of things to use for beach and pool! Host was in touch and helpful! We are a small family but we really wanted a private pool but not a condo so this was perfect and the beach was so close

Love the house.

Loved everything about the house,just wish for the price that the pool was heated. Even the kids who don't mind cold water could not swim and go in @ all. Just to cold. Would stay again when the pool warms up or a heater or solar is added. Thank you,The Kopko family

Beautiful Beach View!

Had a wonderful stay with my parents here! Easy access to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Comfortable and cozy beds with fenced in pool area made it enjoyable. Would come back again!

Great vacation rental

This was a great location for our vacation. It allowed us to visit family and friends in the area and was also close enough to make a day trip to Disney World. The other days were spent relaxing at the pool or beach, which was a very quick walk across a1a. It was made very easy with the toys, chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided. Our stay was excellent and very relaxing. The included washer and dryer made it even better to be able to go home without worrying about loads of laundry upon return. Great house and location.

The Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, and overall a great place to stay for our 4 day trip. Excellent amenities, great location, and quick communication with the owner. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be using this property again in the near future.

Absolutely Amazing!

Planned this trip back in January and it beat our expectations! It was an absolute blast being able to walk to the beach every day, the host was amazing with getting back to me with any questions I had, and I would gladly stay as many times as I could.

Perfect little beach house!

We had a great time. Brian was amazing with communication and was able to get us anything we needed. Their house was a great place to stay and fully stocked with everything! We loved staying here and hope to come back in the future!

Amazing!!

Thank you Brian for an amazing stay at your beach house. From a quick response pre-booking all the way through until check out was a great experience. The house has everything you need and is so clean and organized. The location is perfect- a super short walk to a basically private beach, or walk a bit further for a more active area (really appreciate the utility cart to get all the kids stuff there and the umbrella for the light skinned husband!). The welcome gifts made us all feel special- from the grown ups to the kids. We had an amazing stay that couldn't have been any better! Sad to be back in cold Ohio...

Great place to stay!

We were blessed to meet Brian, Lisa, and Hayden when checking in. They were so welcoming and showed us their beautiful home. We arrived earlier than check in and they were gracious enough to allow us to park our truck and trailer in the driveway while they were cleaning, so we could ride until able to check in. If we could give a higher rating than 5 stars we would of. Driveway allowed us to keep the truck and trailer together- able to back up to the garage and unload the bikes into the garage. The garage, and house had everything needed for your stay. Quick walk to the beach. Pool was refreshing after riding around town. Can’t wait to return to stay with you again in October. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us.!

Man Trip 2022

Had a great time this weekend in Ormond Beach thanks to having a great place to stay. We had 5 dudes who came to watch Supercross and golf while avoiding the rukus of Bike Week. When arriving on the property we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The whole house was clean and neat throughout. Pool looked great, but just a little too cold yet to get in. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Huge fridge. Kayaks and bikes available for use were in great shape. Ride the bikes to the ice cream shop 1/2 mile away. Brian was awesome in communicating with us from the time of booking until the time we left. I'm definitely staying here again if we can make it back.
